Welcome to LiveUp (the "App"). Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the App.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
LiveUp provides Live Activities, Dynamic Island/Lock Screen displays, widgets, Siri/Shortcuts, and related features to create and manage activities and reminders (travel, pickup codes, movies, medication, steps/fitness, network speed, and more).
Some features support OCR and AI parsing to generate activities quickly.
You must be at least 14 years old or use the App with a guardian's consent and guidance.
Certain features depend on system capabilities and iOS versions (Live Activities require iOS 16.1+; Push-to-Start requires iOS 17.2+).
The App may request the following permissions, which you can disable anytime in Settings:
Disabling permissions may limit some features but does not affect basic use.
You are responsible for the content you input or import. Do not upload or input illegal, infringing, harassing, or highly sensitive content.
Live Activities and Lock Screen displays may be visible to others. Please consider the sensitivity of what you display.
We may restrict or terminate service if you violate these Terms.
OCR is performed on-device. AI parsing sends the text you submit to a third-party service for structured extraction. Results are assistive only and should be verified by you.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Subscriptions may auto-renew and can be managed or canceled in your App Store account. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
The App and its content (excluding user content) are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use the App for commercial purposes without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Live Activities and notifications may be delayed or not delivered due to system limitations.
The App does not provide medical, financial, or legal advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
